CONSTRUCTIONS          

All Properties are built to the highest standards of construction by a local, leading builder and are built off-plan in the areas if Arboleas and Albox, in the province of Almeria, southern Spain.

There is no mass construction (one site has 11 bungalows and the other has only 6).

     All properties are surrounded by mountains and beautiful views and the location is very peaceful.

      The location is only 30 min from the beaches of Vera and 40 min from Mojacar.

      All building regulatory paperwork is dealt with and held in the townhall and is available for viewing by appointment by anyone.

      Water and electricity will be connected before you sign the final contract.
